Riverwood Homes has been building houses since 2003. Our team has grown over the years, and we've gained experience along the way. We now have a team of 10 employees to serve our customers.  After building nearly one thousand houses, Riverwood continues to create enduring value for every customer by building a desirable product at an attainable price point.

Riverwood Homes is headquartered in Meridian, Idaho. We have built homes throughout the Treasure Valley and are currently building homes in Meridian. We have experienced steady growth in the Boise area over the past 20 years and are proud to call this our home market. 

In addition to serving our Idaho homebuyers, Riverwood has also been building homes in the Tri-Cities, WA market since 2014. We are now building homes in Richland and Kennewick but have also built several homes in Pasco.
